Senior/Executive 'Leadership TEAM' Development

FOCUS:  This is a process that is completely dependent on the stage of function or dysfunction, of the players.  Areas to focus upon will be minimally:

Management and/or Supervisor Group Training:

FOCUS: Working with a group of 6-14 is our ideal size to work with to achieve best results.  An assessment will be done with the leadership, the individuals and other factors to determine exact goals/needs to be addressed.  The following is a description of just one approach; the variables are many and we will determine these when we connect.  This could be ALL of this over a 3-12 month period or pieces of it tailored to your situation, priorities, resources, etc.

COSTS:  An initial 12-24 should be the minimal effort to accomplish any real learning and behavioral change!  $2500-5000 approx..., lets talk!
