My newest book People Waste: The Antithesis of Leadership
INTRO / PURPOSE

This was nearly titled ‘TIME WASTERS’ but for the fear of being perceived as just another book on time-management. The little clocks throughout hopefully will do that job of keeping the reader focused on the time-killer dynamic that PEOPLE WASTE does indeed speak to within these pages.
I want to clearly state there are three core concepts intertwined throughout the book. Each is here for two distinct audiences – 1) the Leader in pursuit of continued learning, self-development and growth, and 2) the organization overall and management at the top - to lead the way in changing the culture.

This book’s targeted audience is indeed leaders and leadership. It is especially appropriate for any medium to large sized organization. Corporate America for sure, but any sizeable organization (business or not) – this fits! It is furthermore focused in many ways, upon the senior level leader (as mentioned above). Still it is extremely relevant to each and every key player in the organization. We will place our emphasis here on the leader because when the leader changes, so do their people, teams and spheres. The multiplier-dynamic of ‘leadership’ is why we should and must address leaders first in these regards.
