I periodically hear the Q, "Who & What is Booker Training", or more specifically, "What do you do?" A few people recently wanted to know more so just figured this might be a good time to update you and the world just a bit:

*25 yrs of Leadership Development (individual/organizationally)
*15 yrs of work with leaders in Organizational Behavior and Communications
*18 yrs in Change Management and Culture improvement
I believe my fastball is working with a leader 1:1 ...and thru transparent and real conversation, determining accountabilities needed to move the leader forward in present role and future roles. I would add onto that as my second best pitch - working with Leadership Teams/Staffs not only in their collective/individual leadership development but their relationships internally and externally.
I have written four books not on theory but on real practical application of how a leader grows and continues to grow, all written in conversational tone for the leader. I am pretty darned certain I have no masterpiece, but I am certain they all contain good messages / good learning. I am finishing up a fifth book in 2016 titled :
REVERSE VISIONING 'Managing LEADERSHIP Happiness & Success' - how a leader (thru the use of a template) from day one, creates the environment sooner rather than later (tell you more when we talk :)
